Cycling in this area is not only for the fittest!! There are many areas that present mainly flat rides in quiet contry lanes. Ideal for taking the family out on an afternoon ride, and calling in along the way at some farm shop for afternoon tea.

We do have a few mountain and racing cycles here. These are available at a small charge. Also available is the facility for taking a maximum of 2 people to a starting off point of your choice and collection at your chosen destination at a point in time later. Prices dependant on time and distance.
Rambling
There are footpaths and tracks in general abundance here. In the westerly direction there are some especially nice walks though the South Downs (30 minutes away by car) and in East there are the Fire hills around the Fairlight Country Park to explore. The rest of this grand countryside is left for you to explore!
